]]> If you haven’t heard yet, I am extremely proud to announce that we achieved victory in the November 6th General Election for Texas House of Representatives District 115. Winning 55% of the vote took a team effort, and I cannot thank everyone enough who dedicated their time, resources, effort, and attention to our race.

Thank you to all of my volunteers, supporters and those that came out to vote! I am honored to be your next State Representative for District 115 and truly humbled by the results of the election, the kind words and the support of so many friends.

There’s no time to rest! We start tomorrow preparing for the legislative session that starts in January. Again, thank you for your confidence in my ability to represent our community in Austin, and I look forward t seeing you around the district and in Austin next spring.

State Representative-Elect Bennett Ratliff will host a town hall meeting for District 115 residents. The meeting will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Coppell High School Lecture Hall.

“As I promised on the campaign trail, this town hall is for the constituents of 115 to let me know what they would like to see come out of this upcoming legislative session. We will face many difficult issues this coming year and it is important that the needs of our district be heard in Austin,” said Ratliff.

All residents of District 115 are invited to join Rep. – Elect Ratliff at this meeting. Representative-Elect Ratliff will be serving the residents of Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch and parts of Irving.
